PureKit

Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

By using PureKit, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

PureKit provides free, browser-based developer tools. All tools run entirely in your browser — no data is uploaded to or processed by our servers.

As-Is Availability

PureKit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results produced will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

No Liability for Data Loss

Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we are not responsible for any data loss or corruption. Always keep backups of important data. Do not rely on browser processing as the sole means of data transformation for critical operations.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of PureKit and any data you process with our tools. Always verify critical outputs independently. Do not rely on PureKit as the sole tool for security-sensitive operations without independent verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureKit and its maintainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Right to Modify Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PureKit at any time without prior notice. We may add, remove, or change tools and features as we see fit.

Intellectual Property

The PureKit name, logo, and website design are the property of PureKit. The tools and their underlying source code are available under an open-source license. You may not use the PureKit brand to imply endorsement of your products or services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PureKit only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service infrastructure.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PureKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
